Return Policy

You may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Products are in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact
  • Products have not been worn, used, or altered
  • You provide proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving returned products. Refunds will be made:

  • To the original payment method
  • In South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Less any shipping costs

Reasons for Returns

Returns will be accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrectly delivered products
  • Products that do not match description

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return unwanted products and place a new order.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
